PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN EKSPERIMEN TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERKOMUNIKASI SAINS DAN PENGUASAAN KONSEP SISWA

Abstract

This study the extent of the influence of experimental learning methods on theĀ  communication skills and students' concepts of understanding. The type of research is quantitative research, the design that used in this study is Quasi Experimental using Posttest-Only Control Design form. The population in this study was all class VII of Indramayu Juior High School 1. The samples two class those are VIIA as experiment grade with 28 students and VII B as control gradewith 28 students which is obtained by Cluster Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the value of hypothesis test that is used t test-sheet observation of students' communicate skill in experiment grade and control grade with significant level 0,05, obtained tarithmetic = 2,8169 ttable= 2,0049 and t-test result in experiment class and control class that is tarithmetic= 3.9734 ttable= 2.0195 because tarithmetic>ttablethen based on the hypothesis testing can be known that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This result proves experimental learning method can influence students' communication skill and motivation
